Born in the summer of 2006 as a one-day art show at East West, an alternative boutique in Ronkonkoma, FRESH quickly evolved and seemed to fill a cultural void in the belly of Long Island. Artists who had previously been solitary in their creative pursuits were now connecting with like-minded people." As an art venue, Toast Coffeehouse has teamed up with FRESH Art Long Island. With each month FRESH brings in new artists, keeping Toast a unique and interesting place to go. FRESH has done an incredible job creating an artist vibe for Toast, while helping artist sell work.
FRESH rotates the art on the first Thursday of every month and Toast opens at night to celebrate the artists. Come down to Toast to meet the artists and peruse their work on these days while you enjoy a glass of wine with fondue or tapas.
